- บรรเทาอาการท้องอืด ท้องเฟ้อ
- บรรเทาอาการอุจจาระธาตุพิการ ท้องเสียชนิดที่ไม่เกิดจากการติดเชื้อ เช่น อุจจาระไม่เป็นมูกหรือมีเลือดปน ท้องเสียชนิดที่ไม่มีไข้ เป็นต้น

- โกฐก้านพร้าว หนัก 8 กรัม
- เหง้าขิง โกฐเขมา โกฐพุงปลา โกฐเชียง โกฐสอ เทียนดำ เทียนขาว เทียนสัตตบุษย์ เทียนเยาวพาณี เทียนแดง ลูกจันทน์ ดอกจันทน์ ดอกกานพลู เปลือกสมุลแว้ง ลูกกระวาน ลูกผักชีลา ใบพิมเสนต้น ดอกดีปลี หัวเปราะหอม การบูร หนักสิ่งละ 4 กรัม
ขนาดและวิธีใช้
ผู้ใหญ่ รับประทานครั้งละ 2 แคปซูล วันละ 3 ครั้ง ก่อนอาหาร เมื่อมีอาการ
เด็ก อายุ 6 – 12 ปี รับประทานครั้งละ 1 แคปซูล วันละ 3 ครั้ง ก่อนอาหาร เมื่อมีอาการ
ข้อควรระวังและข้อห้ามใช้
- ควรระวังการรับประทานร่วมกับยาในกลุ่มสารกันเลือดเป็นลิ่ม (anticoagulant) และยาต้านการจับตัวของเกล็ดเลือด (antiplatelets)
- ควรระวังการใช้ยาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในผู้ป่วยที่มีความผิดปกติของตับ ไต เนื่องจากอาจเกิดการสะสมของการบูรและเกิดพิษได้
- ห้ามใช้ในหญิงตั้งครรภ์และผู้ที่มีไข้
