- โกฐสอ โกฐเขมา โกฐหัวบัว โกฐเชียง โกฐจุฬาลัมพา เทียนดำ เทียนแดง เทียนขาว เทียนข้าวเปลือก เทียนตาตั๊กแตน ลูกผักชีล้อม ลูกผักชีลา หัวกระเทียม เปลือกสมุลแว้ง เปลือกโมกมัน แก่นจันทน์แดง แก่นจันทน์เทศ ดอกกานพลู ดอกดีปลี รากช้าพลู เถาสะค้าน รากเจตมูลเพลิงแดง พริกไทยล่อน ลูกจันทน์ การบูร หนักสิ่งละ 3 กรัม
ขนาดและวิธีใช้
ผู้ใหญ่ รับประทานครั้งละ 2 แคปซูล วันละ 3 ครั้ง ก่อนอาหาร
เด็ก อายุ 6 – 12 ปี รับประทานครั้งละ 1 แคปซูล วันละ 3 ครั้ง ก่อนอาหาร
ข้อควรระวังและข้อห้ามใช้
- ควรระวังการรับประทานร่วมกับยาในกลุ่มสารกันเลือดเป็นลิ่ม (anticoagulant) และยาต้านการจับตัวของเกล็ดเลือด (antiplatelets)
- ควรระวังการใช้ยาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในผู้ป่วยที่มีความผิดปกติของตับ ไต เนื่องจากอาจเกิดการสะสมของการบูรและเกิดพิษได้
- ห้ามใช้ในเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 1 ขวบ เนื่องจากเป็นยารสร้อน ทำให้ลิ้น ปากแสบร้อนได้
- ห้ามใช้ในหญิงตั้งครรภ์และผู้ที่มีไข้
